哪些保健品可以抗癌

好吧，我承认起这个标题的目的是为了抓眼球，其实我想说的是哪些保健品不能治疗癌症。理论上说，任何一种保健品都不能治疗癌症，但是不排除一些保健品能够在一定程度上起到辅助治疗的作用。美国作为一个在食品和药品管理方面非常严格的国家，市面上也充斥着各种各样的保健品，生产这些保健品的厂家通过各种渠道明里暗里的宣称这些东西具有抗癌作用。为此，美国FDA开列了一个清单，清单的名字叫做187 Fake Cancer "Cures" Consumers Should Avoid，即187种消费者应该避免的假抗癌产品，FDA认为有强烈的证据证明这些保健品在抗癌方完全无效（totally useless)，而且在很多情况下危险和非法（dangerous and illegal)。

这里面有我们很熟悉的东西，例如鱼油，鲨鱼软骨和葡萄籽精华，也有很多我们从未听说的东西。有人看了这个清单后可能会窃喜：我买的某某“粉”或者某某“草”不在清单里！其实不要过于乐观，中国市场上的绝大多数保健品都不具备在美国市场销售的资格，所以根本就入不了FDA的法眼，其次，这个清单的范围还在不断的扩大，说不准哪天就进去了！
