一位台湾裔女性结外NK/T淋巴瘤患者先后接受了包含门冬酰胺酶的化疗方案和异基因造血干细胞移植，移植21天后中枢复发，90天后全面复发，停用免疫抑制剂和两周期包含门冬酰胺酶的化疗方案后并未获得缓解。随后患者获得超标签使用anti-CD38单抗Daratumumab 16mg/kg的单药治疗，血清EBV定量先增后减，6周时EBV检测为阴性，21周时仍在持续缓解中。
