没有锻炼五年了
从刚开始坐轮椅——躺床上蹬自行车——在科室扶着墙走——在科室扶着输液杆走——步行散步刷步数——骑自行车——小步跑——爬山练肺活量(刚爬那两天咳的要死)——小跑三公里——开始重新接触篮球…………路很长很难,但总还是要经历。别为自己找理由。
